by We’re excited to announce that Diella, Albania’s pioneering Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, will take the stage at GrowthTank 2025, happening November 7–8 in Pristina.
Launched on January 19, 2025, Diella began as a visionary virtual assistant created to enhance online public services for citizens of all ages through voice, visuals, and speed. Since then, Diella has served as the Virtual Assistant of the national platform e-Albania, transforming how citizens access government services by making them more intuitive, transparent, and human-centered.
By September 2025, Diella had facilitated over 972,000 citizen interactions, while 36,000 official documents carried its digital seal a groundbreaking milestone that redefines accountability and efficiency in Albanian public administration.
Now, as Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Diella represents a bold national commitment to the institutionalization of emerging technologies placing Albania at the forefront of digital innovation in the region and setting a new model for how AI can empower governance, accessibility, and everyday life.

Drawing on the Albanian experience of building a national AI infrastructure, Diella will share how technology and humanity can coexist in governance not in opposition, but in collaboration.
